Diets rich in fiber are linked to a lower risk of heart disease.

Green soybeans are also full of vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants that support overall health.

As you can see, green soybeans have plenty to offer that draws people's attention, and needless to say, alongside their many benefits, soybeans also taste delicious and have a wonderful texture.

Along with the soybeans, you can add a red bell pepper, cucumber, green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds to the salad.

Besides green soybeans, you can also cook with textured soy protein (soy chunks), a dried soy product used as a plant-based meat substitute.
