How to make a soy burger

If you want to eat less meat or simply love healthy food, this post is for you.

In this article, we share a recipe for burgers made with soy and ground meat.

These burgers have a soft texture and an amazing flavor. They are also high in protein.

In the food industry, fine-grain textured soy protein such as Soy Type 2 is widely used in burgers and patties.

Ingredients:

Soaked soy: 1 cup

Ground meat: 250 grams

Garlic: 3 cloves

Fresh parsley, as needed

Egg: 1

Breadcrumbs: 1 tablespoon

Onion: 1

Salt, pepper, and thyme, to taste

First, squeeze the water out of the soaked soy.

Then place the softened soy and the ground meat in a food processor and blend thoroughly until smooth.

Grate the onion and squeeze out the excess liquid.

Then add it to the food processor and mix it with the meat and soy.

Crush the garlic with a pestle and add it to the mixture.

Now it's time for the egg, spices, chopped parsley, and breadcrumbs.

Add them to the meat and soy mixture and mix a little until it becomes sticky.

Shape the mixture using a round mold and place the patties on parchment paper.

Then put them in the refrigerator to rest and firm up.

Now it's time to fry your delicious soy burgers.

Heat the oil, take the burgers out of the refrigerator, and fry them in the hot oil.

Place the burgers in round buns and fill your sandwich with your favorite toppings.
